The real thing

Having grown up on a ranch in the Sierras where Ponderosa was dominant, but living in the Northwoods of New England now, I have to say this one has my head swimming with nostalgia. I just got it in the mail today and after applying a bit to my beard I can't stop cupping my hands to my face, inhaling, and being transported to my childhood spring and summer. It's literally like smelling my work gloves after a day of clearing treefall on the ranch. INCREDIBLE stuff.

The hydrosols are so refreshing! Really nice after washing my face. It feels cooling - I especially like to spray my face and skin in the mornings. It also helped take off light makeup!

The scent of the forest indoors!

I bought this set to try out the different scents and I do have a favorite: Ponderosa pine. It brings me right back to Utah and parts of New Mexico and Arizona when I smell it.
I do wish the sense would last a little longer, but maybe the oils will do that. I appreciate the purity of the distilled aromas very much.
