Shipping policy

At Rogue Evergreens, we take pride in shipping your order with care and efficiency. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped using a mix of trusted carriers. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship throughout the United States. At checkout, you can now choose your preferred carrier and service level. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown in real time based on your location, order weight, and carrier pricing.

Free Shipping

We offer free economy shipping on all domestic orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes). This option will appear automatically at checkout when your order qualifies. If you select another carrier or faster service level, normal carrier rates will apply.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping on most products. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by their country. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Backorders & Preorders

Some items may be available for backorder or preorder. These will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We’re happy to assist if you need help filing a claim or locating your order.
