Refund policy

We put a lot of care into everything we make and hope you truly enjoy your purchase. If something’s not quite right, products purchased from rogueevergreens.com can be returned within 30 days.

Original shipping is non refundable unless we made a mistake with your order, or it arrived damaged. If we are at fault we will refund or replace your order in full including any original shipping fees.

To start a return, contact us at hello@rogueevergreens.com with your order details and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that this policy applies only to online purchases and does not cover items bought through retail partners or stockists.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
