I live in a log House,, I decorated it by bringing the outside inside, and that included the pine smell,,, I just got this the other day. I tried it out and I’m in love with your product. I love the smell of the outdoors inside my house.,,, I will be buying more in the future

I received the Noble Fir and the Cedar essential oils. First, I have to say, they arrived so quickly. The best tracking ever. They smell like you’re in the middle of the woods after a rainy, hot day. It’s warm and sultry. It smells like Christmas.

Smells exsctly like crushed walnut leaves or outer green hulls. Not even faintly close to ponderosa pine. Do not recommend.

I am pleased with how easy and efficient the ordering and quick delivery was. I'm looking forward to delivering the essential oil to my massage therapist so she can create my own, personal bottle of massage oil. It will be like spending a relaxing hour deep in the woodlands of my home state, Oregon.

Had really no smell. Definitely not a Douglas fir, and I grew up in Vermont so I know what they smell like and this is not it

My Husband came in from work and said the house smells amazing. I had steamed the forts with a couple of drops earlier. He never notices anything. It’s truly glorious.

This oil is magnificent. It brought such a bright sweet and little citrus to my blend. Though it's totally good on its own, I am using this to capture my idea of a recent trip to South Dakota. I highly recommend!

I do enjoy it very much as someone else mentioned it does not as long as others but it is strictly the for essential oil nothing else. It is rather expensive and I do have to decide if I will order again, but no question it is exactly as advertised

On the longevity - our pure essential oils don't contain any fixatives or synthetic fragrances, so they do behave differently than fragrance oils or blended products; that's just the nature of a pure steam-distilled conifer oil. On the price, I hear you - these are small-batch, wild-harvested, and I distill every drop myself here in Ashland, which is why the cost per ml runs higher than commodity oils. I think that's a fair trade-off to name plainly rather than paper over. Either way, I'm genuinely glad it was exactly as described, and I hope you'll give it another go sometime.

I have to say these people provide great products. However it is out of my price range. I tried to subscribe to make it more affordable but my financial situation is really messed up at the moment. I was pretty bummed when i seen a order being prepared for me when i didn't have the funds available so i canceled my order but unfortunately it still shipped. I wrote a review and constructed and email to let the company know what had happened. Rogue went above and beyond to work with me on the situation and am happy with their customer service. Id feel comfortable in doing business with them in the future as their products are amazing. I just cant do a subscription anymore.

Bottle wasnt full and lack of communication. Item is over priced. And asked to cancel order before the shipping label was even created or item was shipped out. I wanted to do a return but wouldnt get all my money back.
Daniel, you placed an order and subsequently cancelled that order after your package had been shipped. I issued you a return label within minutes of your request, and a full refund following a similar communication that I received from you yesterday, which I responded to promptly, and included a full timeline of your order and evidence and timestamps of your return label (pre-paid) issuance. Not only have you been fully refunded beyond the scope of our return policy, but I have offered to allow you to keep the bottle of essential oil that you ordered and previously stated you enjoyed.
As I mentioned in previous replies, I am open to specific feedback if you have suggestions on how I can improve our customer service. However, your claims are inaccurate (e.g., you have been fully refunded, and we have responded within minutes to all of your communications). I truly apologize for any inconvenience, but it is not clear to me how else I can support you at this time.

First, the customer service response has been wonderful. The shipping has been very swift on my two orders that I have placed so far.
I ordered a new scent, Grand Fir, in an essential oil and like if very much. I also ordered my favorite scent, Ponderosa Pine, in a room spray, and I have ordered another favorite, Noble Fir, in a room spray. The scents are wonderful!

The scent is amazing, exactly like the tree itself! However, it does not disperse very far, or last very long. In that regard I am disappointed.
For the first few minutes, when I'm right next to the diffuser(sentient) I can smell it. After that I need to get close to the diffuser to get any smell, and an hour later it's very faint.
If the company can find a way to improve that I'd be right on board and spread the word because the scent itself is sooooo nice.
Thank you Nancy, and I am so glad the scent itself is landing - that means a lot to hear. The performance side is worth explaining honestly though: pure conifer essential oils are very rich in light monoterpenes, which is what gives them that bright, true-to-tree character, but also means they are naturally more volatile than synthetic fragrances or heavily fixed blends. They diffuse quickly and fade faster than what most people are used to. It is just the nature of a real, undiluted oil with no additives.

I've tried several species of fir EO over the years, and had given up my search for noble fir, resigned to never smell it again after having moved away from the PNW. Other firs are great, but to my nose, they lack something only found in noble fir. Now here it is in a bottle, smelling exactly as I remember it, as pure and true as a handful of freshly crushed needles. I'm not sure why the fragrance industry seems to have forgotten about noble fir, but I have a feeling that will change in the near future.
