I couldn’t be more pleased with Grand Fir oil roller! I don’t much like perfumes, they are too fake but this is lovely! It’s fresh and bright and dare I say sexy? I’m thrilled that I’ve found this amazing company - I got the roller yesterday and have already ordered four more products.

I'd like to preface this with the caveat that maybe this is just the roll on i bought because the sample i tried in the shop was excellent but unfortunately the new pack that I bought home with me smells only of lemon, and I can't make out the fir at all

The scent is exactly what was described. Warm pine tones and sap. Real!
I love the realness. Layering with incense cedar helps with longevity.

I love the pine forest. Grew up in them and miss the smell of the ponderous, cedar, and Douglas Fir. These essential oils and hysrosol are excellent.

Oh yeah, so different than any other cedarwood oil I've had. This has a more exotic and nuanced fragrance that's not too strong. I've been rolling it on my neck, arms, and chest before using other body oils or scents. It makes a lovely middle note that pops out to say hello throughout the day. What should I try next 🤔

I was hoping for a fresh scent of the forest on a hot summer day. Instead it smells more like the pitch in the tree.
I'm sorry to hear that this wasn't what you were hoping for. Our Douglas-fir essential oil is distilled from fresh needles and twigs of Douglas-fir, which do smell quite similar to pitch from the species (though usually a bit brighter and more lemony). Our goal is to capture the authentic aroma of each species we distill, though I understand that will not always align with folks' expectations. I am mostly bedbound due to cheonic illness. I miss the forest so much! These superior quality roll on ready oils have filled ed my room with authentic forest scents. So exhilarating and relaxing at the same time. I have a felt ball scented with some of these oils near my nose right now.
I hesitated because of the high cost, but my intuition said to do it! And these oils are worth it. You can feel the effort and integrity in how they were created. And now I am researching and finding that these evergreen scents are helping me heal all parts of my mind body and spirit from my heart to my skin!

I was very pleased to discover this company through an add after endlessly googling woody colognes. I’ve always wanted to smell like a forest, it’s my happy place. I grew up in a place full of ponderosa pines, and having moved I’ve missed the general smell of the trees. All of the scents in the pack are lovely, you can tell they are true to the trees. It’s nice to have a pure scent without all the additives. I will say the grand fir is my surprising favorite of the bunch. My package also arrived a week before its expected delivery date. I would absolutely order from this company again, and I look forward to trying some of their other products!

I’ve never smelled a nature fragrance before that smelled so completely whole and purely of the species. There’s zero guess work with these. If you like the smell of these tree species, you’re going to like the smell of these oils. It’s that simple. Excellent/minimal packaging, fast shipping times, and all at a fair price.

These scents take me back to a bike trip on Highway 101 from Seattle to San Francisco many years ago. We camped among all these trees, and it immediately took me to that time. I would put tree sap in my hair as hair gel, which was sticky, but it smelled amazing. Your oils are a much better approach to smelling like these wonderful trees. I'll definitely purchase again.
