Most PNW natives know this scent before they can name it. Douglas-fir is the tree that covers western Oregon & Washington, and crushed in your hand the needles are brighter than you'd guess - a clear lemon-lime note, with sticky fir sap and a clean sweet finish.

This spray is that smell, made the honest way: our own Douglas-fir essential oil, distilled here in Oregon from fresh needles & twigs. No fragrance oils, no weird chemicals, and nothing synthetic. Give it a shake and mist in a room, on a couch, or in your car for a fresh evergreen scent.

A real conifer mist is brighter and settles sooner than a synthetic spray, so use it like the fresh thing it is - a few sprays, whenever you need a transport back to the woods. If someone you love grew up in the Pacific Northwest and moved away, this is the one to send them.

No synthetic fragrance or dyes.

Organic Cane Alcohol (Ethyl Alcohol), Water, Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) essential oil, Vegetable Glycerin.

Shake gently. Spray 2 to 4 mists into the air or onto textiles from 8 to 12 inches away. Spot test on an inconspicuous area before spraying fabrics. Avoid silk and leather. Do not spray directly on skin or face.

For external use only. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use on pets or pet bedding. Store tightly capped at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight.

Small business FTW

It was wonderful to be able to support this small business! I love the smell of the forest and to be able to capture the scent and bring it indoors is always wonderful! The shipping was fast and packaged well with a sweet thank you written on the receipt.

The smell itself is not as forestry as I had hoped- there is a very light underlay of almost medicinal hint- which could be part of the tree for all I know. But I will look forward to using it and trying the other scents as well!

Douglas-fir has a naturally bright lemon-lime top note with a slight camphoraceous edge from its terpene profile, which can read that way to some noses. It is 100% the essential oil, nothing added. Glad you are enjoying it and hope the other scents hit the mark for you too!

I tried the sample set of room/linen sprays and really loved them all. Authentic to the trees they come from and all were very long lasting. Fresh and clean scents!

There was barely any smell n it dis not last at all :( sad i teally luke supporting small businesses.

I am so sorry to hear that - thank you for supporting us and for letting us know. Before anything else: did you shake the bottle well before spraying? The essential oil floats to the top of the base between uses, so an unshaken bottle sprays mostly base and will smell very faint, and sometimes it takes a few pumps to clear the dip tube. If you shook it and still got nothing, something is off and I want to make it right - please reach out and we will take care of you.

I love this scent

I love this scent, just like you’re standing in the middle of a forest. I bought it to spritz on my artificial Christmas tree so my husband will stop complaining that it has no scent!! Unfortunately, it lasts a very short time after you spritz it in the air. Maybe it’ll last longer on the tree.

You are right that in open air the scent moves through quickly, since our sprays use no synthetic fragrances or fixatives. On fabric or a tree with all those needles to hold it, it does tend to linger noticeably longer than a quick spritz into the air.

The scent is nice

The scent is nice. However, it doesn’t last long, and takes quite a bit of it to even smell it in the room. Disappointed.

This one is pure heaven

This one is pure heaven. It is my second favorite with ponderosa being my favorite. If you need to take a walk in the woods and you can't get out, do yourself a favor and order one of these. These will make great gifts to outdoor lovers for Christmas birthday get well housewarming new baby retirement promotion toxic boss died whatever and for no reason except you want to be a cool gift giver and surprise someone with something totally cool that no one else thought of heh heh. Our Douglas-fir Room Spray has a pretty distinct scent profile: it's bright and citrusy, with a strong lemon-lime top note over a sweet, resinous base. It comes straight from the tree - no synthetics, no fragrance additives.

The spray pump is iffy.😔 but product itself os rarger lovely. Not an artificial smell, rather clean, crisp, rich fragrance.

If deep forest green had a scent this would be it. One spray is plenty, two is wonderful. It’s potent, light, and natural, and not strong in an overwhelming way. I was worried it might smell too “Christmas-y” or fake but it doesn’t at all. Just deeply grounding, refreshing, and clean with a hint of citrus.

Smells like home

I grew up in Eugene, surrounded by Douglas fir trees and this spray brings me back...piney but not overwhelming. Everything I use it on smells fresh and clean. I love it!

Clean green scent!

This is my favorite! I've tried them all, from Thymes Frasier Fir to Bath & Body (various tree scents), and this one eclipses them in both true tree fragrance and strength. It takes only one spritz to fill a room with the sweet, real scent of Douglas-fir. Because that's exactly what it is--real. Thanks, Rogue Evergreens! It's a great Christmas tree scent-refresher, too.

Sadly I was not a fan of the scent. I expected a fruity slightly citrusy evergreen scent like our Douglas Firs smell to me. It wasn’t that.
