A beard oil that smells like a real Douglas-fir, because that's what's in it. Scented exclusively with our own Douglas-fir essential oil, distilled right here in Oregon: notes of lemon-lime, with sticky fir sap and a clean sweet finish. Bright, fresh, and incredibly nostalgic - no fragrance oils, ever.

The base is face-grade: olive squalane hydrates the skin under the beard without clogging pores, jojoba conditions coarse hair the way skin's own oils would, and daikon radish seed extract gives a clean, natural shine with zero grease. Plenty of customers buy it for their hair too, as a mask or finishing oil. Full blend under Ingredients.

A natural conifer scent wears lighter than a synthetic one, and that's the point - close, clean, and real. An authentic gift for the guy who grew up in the Pacific Northwest.

meet the trees

A keystone species of Pacific Northwest forests from the coast to the Cascades, Douglas-fir shapes entire ecosystems and the region’s economy, and it even appears on Oregon’s license plate. It is fast growing, long-lived, and a defining timber species as well as a classic Christmas tree. The aroma is our brightest and sharpest conifer profile, with a distinct lemon–lime top note over a sweet, resinous Christmas tree character.

Real Trees. Real Scents.

Every scent we offer comes directly from the wild, free from parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrance. From forest to bottle, our goal is simple: to offer the authentic aroma of the trees, exactly as nature made them.
