The brightest of our five evergreen species. Douglas-fir opens with notes of lemon-lime, with sticky fir sap and a clean sweet finish - the scent most PNW natives grew up around. Incredibly nostalgic, and brighter and more lemony than you'd expect from a traditional evergreen.

This is 100% pure Douglas-fir essential oil, steam-distilled in small batches right here in Oregon from fresh needles & twigs. One species per bottle - no blends, no fragrance oils, no carrier. Add a few drops to a diffuser, and transport yourself back to the forests of the PNW.

Method: steam distilled.

Origin: Oregon, USA.

Batch note: single batch and seasonal; natural variation is part of the character.

100% Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) essential oil.

Diffuse 4 to 6 drops per 100 mL water. For home scenting, add a drop to an unscented wool dryer ball or a cotton pad for linens, avoiding direct contact with finished wood and plastics. This is pure, undiluted essential oil and is not a skin product. For skin, the body oils, beard oils, and rollers are made for that.

For external use only. Not for skin. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Not for use on pets. Keep out of reach of children. Flammable, keep away from heat and flame. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult a qualified professional before use. Store tightly capped in a cool, dark place.

I received the Noble Fir and the Cedar essential oils. First, I have to say, they arrived so quickly. The best tracking ever. They smell like you’re in the middle of the woods after a rainy, hot day. It’s warm and sultry. It smells like Christmas.

Had really no smell. Definitely not a Douglas fir, and I grew up in Vermont so I know what they smell like and this is not it

Refunded my order

I have to say these people provide great products. However it is out of my price range. I tried to subscribe to make it more affordable but my financial situation is really messed up at the moment. I was pretty bummed when i seen a order being prepared for me when i didn't have the funds available so i canceled my order but unfortunately it still shipped. I wrote a review and constructed and email to let the company know what had happened. Rogue went above and beyond to work with me on the situation and am happy with their customer service. Id feel comfortable in doing business with them in the future as their products are amazing. I just cant do a subscription anymore.

Bottle wasnt full and lack of communication. Item is over priced. And asked to cancel order before the shipping label was even created or item was shipped out. I wanted to do a return but wouldnt get all my money back.

I issued you a return label within minutes of your request, and a full refund following a similar communication that I received from you yesterday, which I responded to promptly, and included a full timeline of your order and evidence and timestamps of your return label (pre-paid) issuance. Not only have you been fully refunded beyond the scope of our return policy, but I have offered to allow you to keep the bottle of essential oil that you ordered and previously stated you enjoyed.

As I mentioned in previous replies, I am open to specific feedback if you have suggestions on how I can improve our customer service. However, your claims are inaccurate (e.g., you have been fully refunded, and we have responded within minutes to all of your communications). I truly apologize for any inconvenience, but it is not clear to me how else I can support you at this time.

LOVE LOVE!!

I got the 5-pack of essential oils and they all smell so great. I was surprised at how each scent is distinct. My only complaint is that the carrier liquid is very thin and it is hard to control the amount I add to my diffuser. A thicker carrier would make this a 5-star product for me, but I'll certainly purchase again nonetheless.

For clarity as well, there are no carrier oils in our pure essential oil bottles - that's just pure, undiluted essence of trees! We hear you on the viscosity though, conifer essential oils are thinner by their nature (very rich in light monoterpenes). We've been experimenting with a variety of dropper caps to help here and we very much appreciate the feedback!

This is the real deal!

These oils are amazing! I've bought a lot of essential oils in the past. Whether I use them in my diffuser or in my plug in units, they all smell good in the beginning but quickly turn stinky or leave a residue. These oils smell just like you are walking in the forest!
